WHAT'S UP WITH SCO?

I have heard nothing about SCO in the past month I have been
gone. Is there some status update to what is going on with
SCO? I just read where Novell purchased SUSE Linux. Where
does that put it in relationship to the SCO transfer of Unix
source code? Any comments/updates?

Raymond L. Robert:
SCO is arguing that Novell out-and-out transferred rights
to it. Therefore subsequent transactions by Novell wouldn't
matter. More relevant might be IBM's concomitant purchase
of a large block of Novell stock. If SCO somehow did prevail
against IBM, that might now embroil Novell.

of articles there to get you up to speed.
