HELP NEEDED

Hi! I am currently evaluating Compaq Insight Manager 7
(CIM7) SP2 to monitor the following for our NetWare 5.1
and GroupWise 6 servers: 

 Disk Space usage (I want the monitoring tool to notify
 sys admins if the disk space in a server's volume has
 reached 85% and above) 

 CPU utilization (I want the monitoring tool to notify
 system admins if a server's CPU utilization reaches
 95% and above for 10 minutes or more) 

We are using Compaq server hardware. We want to migrate
from the current Compaq Insight Manager 5.40. After
evaluating CIM7 SP2, I find the tool cumbersome to use
and does not have the ability to monitor CPU utilization
the way I described it above. 

I would like to know what other sys admins are using for
monitoring tools that works for these scenarios? Could
you let me know what these tools are and what you like
and least like about the tools? Please send your replies
