EMAIL REDIRECTION AND SPAM
If you're taking advantage of a PANUG email redirection account,
you have some choices about spam mail. If you have no idea
what a redirection account is, check out the following web page:
http://www.panug.org/benefits.htm#email

Normally, messages are rejected if they are listed on one of the
public RBL lists or on PANUG's RBL. If you'd like to receive mail
from sites that may be listed on a RBL, please send us information
about the site (IP address, email address, or domain name) and
we'll put it in our white list so you will receive these messages.

Of course, you may not know whether you want to receive messages
when you're not receiving them because they're being rejected. We're
working on producing a status report on rejected messages that can
be delivered to you via email periodically. Stay tuned.

Also, tell us whether you want to receive mail from Asian sites. By
default, messages from Asian sites are rejected but we can enable
them for you.

If you receive spam mail via your redirected account and you'd like
us to add it to PANUG's RBL, send us the message complete with
email headers. We will not add a site to our RBL without looking at
the headers.

Note that redirected mail is NOT scanned for viruses though this is a
capability that we can add in the future if there's enough demand.

Send any email-related information to info@panug.org.

DNS MAILING LIST
If you attended a PANUG-sponsored DNS training course presented
by the Accelerated Learning Center (ALC), you are eligible to be added
to ALC's DNS mailing list. This is a low frequency list that will keep you
up to date on DNS issues, offer tips on DNS, and errata for the course
and workbook.

Send your name and email addres to info@alcpress.com with
the subject line "DNS LIST".
